Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes we ship Worldwide!
Low flat rate shipping fees are available on all orders, with upgrades
available within Canada. All orders ship out of Vancouver, BC, Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Below is approximate transit times from our couriers.
Please note that these transit times are a general guideline and
couriers may face unexpected challenges that can extend delivery times.
Rural locations outside cities may have longer delivery times. Delivery
times may differ during public holidays.
Any orders refused or returned undelivered will incur a non-delivery charge to cover original delivery and return costs.

Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes! Express shipping options are offered at Checkout for Canadian addresses. For International shipping please contact us directly for Express Shipping options.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped out within 3 business days of ordering.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As a small business, we are currently not accepting returns, exchanges, or refunds. The cost of processing these shipping transactions is just too high. Please make sure you are checking the size guide prior to purchasing a product.
What if there's something wrong with my order?
If you have any quality control issues with your order, such as product quality or wrong or missing items, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order. E-mail us at Info@MugsysBrand.com so we can make it right! We will have replacement items sent out right away for you.
We take pride in every product we make and we want every customer to be more than happy with their purchase!
Can I exchange sizes?
As a small business, we are currently not accepting exchanges on products as the cost of processing shipping is just too high for us to cover. Each product includes detailed size guides. If you are unsure of what size to get we recommend measuring one of your favourite shirts from home and compare to the size guide measurements to decide the best fit.
Do you offer local pick up?
We are currently not offering local pick up. It takes a lot of time out of the day to coordinate so many order pick ups and takes away time from packing orders. Local shipping within BC is pretty fast and can arrive in 1-2 business days. If you have an urgent timeline you are welcome to message us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate a pick up time for you.
