As a small business, we are currently not accepting returns, exchanges, or refunds. The cost of processing these shipping transactions is just too high. Please make sure you are checking the size guide prior to purchasing a product.

If there are any issues at all with your order, including product quality or wrong or missing items in your order, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order by e-mailing us at Once we have processed and approved your refund request, we will mail you pre-paid return packaging to send the order back to us. Once we have received and inspected your items we will notify you by e-mail if we can accept the return. If so, payments made via E-Transfer will be returned back to the e-mail address it was sent to us from. Orders made via credit card or paypal will receive store credit.
